Presentations are limited to 15-minutes in total also including questions (12 min presentation + 3 min discussion). Please be aware that the presentations have to be submitted one day before presentation in a PowerPoint format to email@example.com. We do recommend checking the presentation in the Speakers Room for compatibility before. Session Chairs are requested to appear in the lecture hall a few minutes before session starts, to check technical issues and facilities. Furthermore the chairmen are strictly advised to meet with the proposed schedule.Poster Presentations
Conference contributions presented as poster will take place on Friday, April 21st 16.45 – 17.45. The posters will be exhibited at the conference area and therefore need to be printed by authors in A0 format. The session chair will guide authors to present their work in two minutes followed by a short discussion.
The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker in a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference. If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she must try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Contact the Conference Organizing Committee immediately with any change to a scheduled presentation. A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.
